We only communicate via email so that the whole team can be on the same page. We typically respond to emails on the same day every day of the week.

We do ask that you allow us up to 48 business hours to respond to all emails in case there are unforeseen circumstances that delay our same-day response.

Also, please do not email more than once unless you have not received a response after 48 business hours.

We respond to emails in order from oldest to newest, and emailing again will shift your email thread to the newest set and cause a longer delay.
